Bpoc Yoga Club CIC
A space to breathe easy
A space to breathe easy
BPOC Yoga Club CIC is a community-led arm of Pana, created to address the health inequalities faced by Black and Brown communities.
While Pana is open to all, BPOC Yoga Club exists exclusively for people of the African and Caribbean diaspora, providing culturally affirming spaces to move, learn, and connect.
Through regular meet-ups, free/low-cost yoga classes, and workshops, we centre the needs and wellbeing of our community. Beyond the mat, we work to break down the systemic barriers to wellness by offering funded training opportunities, advocating for representation in the industry, and partnering with organisations to make wellness more inclusive from the inside out.
Our mission is simple:
to improve the health, access, and representation of Black and Brown people in the wellness world
We do this by:
Creating safe, inclusive, and culturally affirming spaces.
Increasing access to wellness education and career pathways.
Driving systemic change through research, advocacy, and partnerships.

How we work *
Community healing spaces
Hosting free or low-cost classes and wellbeing events designed for connection and healing.
Research & education
Listening to our community, investigating barriers, and publishing insights that shape public understanding and policy.
Access to traininG
Offering funded or subsidised yoga teacher training, mentorship, and career development for BPOC wellness practitioners.
Consulting/advocacy
Supporting wellness organisations to diversify their spaces and create programmes that are relevant and accessible to BPOC communities.
Impact
We measure success by the number of people who attend our free/low-cost classes, the BPOC practitioners we train and employ, the reach of our research, and the organisations we help transform. Our goal is lasting, systemic change that opens wellness to those who have been historically excluded.
This work doesn’t happen in isolation – it thrives because of the people and partners who choose to stand and support our mission.
If you believe in creating a wellness world that truly reflects and serves Black and Brown communities, here’s how you can help our community:
