FAQs

  • Pana is for the African Diaspora and our allies. People of every background are welcome in our community! We do, however, have BPOC Yoga Club, which is a dedicated space exclusively for people of colour and members of the African Diaspora.

  • Absolutely! You don’t need any prior experience in yoga or wellness to join our sessions — our teachers will guide you through every step.

  • Most of the studios we use provide mats. In some cases, there may be a small hire fee (usually around £2) — your booking confirmation email will include all the details.

  • We’re always open to collaborating with yoga teachers who share our mission and values.
