Meet Your Retreat Host

Dr Rebekah Jade

“As a medical doctor, senior yoga and breathwork teacher, and founder of Pana, I created these retreats to offer something I couldn't find anywhere else - a space where we can come home to ourselves, together. In Kenya, I'll be guiding you through daily practices designed to restore balance, quiet the noise, and reconnect you to your body and breath.

My role is to hold a space that feels safe, inclusive, and deeply nourishing - so you can return home lighter, clearer, and truly grounded.”
