Dub Garden Yoga is Back
After our sellout events last year, Dub Garden Yoga is returning to the parks of South London.

Dub Garden Yoga brings the smooth sounds of dub and roots reggae music to Peckham Rye Park for a Vinyasa flow yoga class. The handpicked tracks and seamless flow of postures link breath to active movement, encouraging strength in the body and a calm mind.
The class will be led by 200 hour qualified vinyasa yoga teacher, Rebekah.
Dub Garden Yoga is on bank holiday Monday 3rd May at 11am in Ruskin Park, Camberwell.

How long is the Yoga class?
60 minutes
Do I need to be flexible?
Nope. Yoga is not about being flexible or doing advanced poses. It is about being guided by the breath and moving the body in new ways. Often those who practice for a long time become more flexible but this is not a requirement for joining classes.

What if it rains?
We will keep everyone well informed in advance if there is a possibility the class will not be occurring due to the weather.
Who will be teaching?
Rebekah – a 200 hour qualified vinyasa yoga teacher and the founder of Pana Wellness.
Will there be social distancing?
In accordance with government guidelines, there will be 1.5 metre distancing between mats and attendees. Rebekah will not be providing hands on adjustments during the yoga class. If you are feeling unwell please do not attend the event.
I have purchased a ticket but I can no longer attend. Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless in the case of event cancellation.
Do I need to bring my ticket on the event day?
We will have a list of names on the event day but please have the ticket on your phone as a back up.
Where are the nearest toilets?
There are public toilets available in Ruskin Park, < 5 min walk from the class location.
