Meet the founder

Dr Rebekah Jade

Rebekah is a medical doctor, Nike yoga teacher, DJ and founder of Pana.

She has spent the past decade learning how to be well through the eyes of medicine and science. After facing her own challenges with mental health, she learnt the value of slowing down and engaging with mind-body practices such as yoga and breathwork. This led her to spend a month abroad learning the history, philosophy and practices of Raja Yoga to deepen her understanding of what it means to care for the body, mind and soul.

Rebekah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential in life, while nourishing their wellbeing and creating inclusive spaces to reduce the inequalities that exist in health and wellness.

Her yoga sessions balance strength and stillness. She encourages anatomical understanding, playfulness and curiosity through a yoga practice that welcomes newbies and experienced students alike.
