  • Shift your mindset with your breath and your body. In this online session, we’ll explore the profound connection between your breath, state of mind, somatic experience and well-being. Guided by Alexandra — an experienced practitioner — you will practice breath and embodiment exercises for grounding, balancing your nervous system, and connecting with your true self.

Experience what it means to shift your internal state with your breath and body, alleviating stress and anxiety in the process. The session will start with a short meditation and breathing practice, followed by somatic movement and finally gentle conscious connected breathwork. By the end of this class you will feel clear-headed and grounded, with basic tools to centre your mind and body in times of stress.

    Teacher: Alexandra

Alexandra is Breathwork & Somatic Therapist - a specialist in guiding people back into their bodies to liberate stuck energy, trauma and emotion.

She’s focused on facilitating people towards greater embodiment: being more connected to their true selves and to others! With a wide range of experiences both in business, as an award-winning technology entrepreneur, and in therapeutic modalities, Alex brings a holistic approach to holding space for the multiple parts within. Having worked through her own acute post-traumatic stress symptoms and auto-immune issues alongside her training, she is strongly informed by how trauma and the nervous system function. In turn, she facilitates clients and groups through deep transformational journeys.

  • This practice sets out to shift the psychosomatic reactions that usually happen when experiencing low moods and yoga can be a safe space to explore how we feel and what we think in a nonjudgmental way. You will be guided through gentle asanas (yoga poses) and support your unconscious needs through the use of props (Blocks, Bolsters/Cushions, blankets). The practice will end with guided meditation.

    Teacher: Delice

Delice is a multi-dynamic movement practitioner with knowledge as a body focused movement psychotherapist, yoga teacher and fitness coach. While encapsulating the human experience of inner connectivity and self-discovery, Delice focuses on combining the principles of movement analysis , psychodynamic therapy and yoga philosophy to bring together an experience of movement, mindfulness, creative wellness and cognitive reflection for mental and emotional learning.

  • Burnout has become an epidemic in our culture, making it more important than ever to take care of your wellbeing to continue to thrive in your industry and personal life. This interactive workshop will help you become more resilient and move forward professionally without compromising your mental and physical health. By the end of the session, you'll have a greater awareness of their own triggers for stress, how to recognise signs of burnout and how to put a plan in place to restore good health.

    Teacher: Dr Rebekah

Rebekah is a medical doctor, Nike yoga teacher, DJ and founder of Pana.

She has spent the past decade learning how to be well through the eyes of medicine and science. After facing her own challenges with mental health, she learnt the value of slowing down and engaging with mind-body practices such as yoga and breathwork.

Rebekah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential in life, while nourishing their wellbeing and creating inclusive spaces to reduce the inequalities that exist in health and wellness.
