Retreat cancellation policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

You must notify us at least:

  • 90 days prior to the retreat start date to receive a full refund(minus the deposit)

  • 60 days prior to the retreat start date to receive a 50% refund.

  • Any cancellations within 30 days of the retreat date are non-refundable.

Refunds will be provided within 30 days of notification of cancellation. When you book your spot you confirm that you understand and accept this policy

Classes

Sometimes things happen and you can’t make it. No worries, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you need to know:

If you can’t come to the event, you have two options:

  1. Cancel your booking

    You can cancel your attendance (booking) using your Momence account. If you do this at least 12 hours before the event starts, you’ll receive a reimbursement of 1 (one) credit to use for a future event of your choice. It is not possible to offer monetary refunds if the booking was cancelled from your side.

    Within 12 hours of the class start time, you can still cancel your place to open it to someone on the waitlist, however you will not receive a class credit back.

  2. Sell your ticket

    You can sell or gift your ticket to someone else, as long as they meet the requirements for the event. You’re in charge of finding a buyer and of the way you’ll get paid for the ticket. The new buyer should share the original name of the ticket holder when arriving at the class.

On the rare instance that we have to cancel or reschedule the event because of things beyond our control, we’ll email you and offer you either a:

a) full refund

b) Momence reimbursement: 1 (one) credit to use for a future event of your choice

c) switch to another event date

Yoga Teacher Training

Payments

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Please use the following reference format when making your transfer: YTT + Your Full Name. Please notify us by email once your payment has been made.

Deposit

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on the Pana Yoga Teacher Training. Your place is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Remainder Payment

Full payment must be received no later than 60 days before the programme start date. If you are booking within 60 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of registration.

You will receive a payment schedule outlining your agreed payment plan at the time of booking. Automated reminders will be sent in advance of each payment date. If payment is not received on time, your place may be offered to those on the waitlist and your deposit will be forfeited. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available and will be agreed individually at the time of booking. Your final payment is due no later than 60 days before the programme start date, regardless of your payment plan schedule.

Travel Insurance

Travel cancellation insurance is mandatory for all participants. Given that the programme includes international travel to Ghana, it is essential that your policy covers medical expenses, cancellation, personal belongings, and travel disruption. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance within 14 days of placing your deposit. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage is in place before the programme begins.

Cancellation Policy

All programme payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to attend the programme before placing your deposit, and to purchase appropriate travel cancellation insurance.

Due to the non-recoverable costs we commit to in advance — including accommodation, faculty, and operational planning — we are unable to make exceptions to this policy for any reason, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, travel bans, inclement weather, illness, health conditions, medical emergencies, personal or family emergencies, or change of mind.

If you are unable to attend the programme due to unforeseen circumstances of any nature, your payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave the programme early, no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

Cancelled or Postponed Programmes

In the event that Pana Wellness Ltd cancels or postpones the programme, you will be offered one of the following options:

— A full refund of all payments made to Pana Wellness Ltd; or

— The option to hold your deposit and transfer it toward the next available cohort.

Pana Wellness Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred in preparation for a cancelled or postponed programme, including but not limited to flights, visas, travel costs, accommodation booked independently, or loss of earnings.

Attendance

100% attendance is required to complete the Pana Yoga Teacher Training and receive your Yoga Alliance International certification. If you miss any part of the programme, you may not be eligible for certification. No refund will be issued in the event of non-attendance at any portion of the training.

Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the programme if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or not in keeping with Pana's values — including but not limited to respect for fellow participants, faculty, and the spaces we occupy. We also reserve the right to remove a participant if they fail to maintain 100% attendance, or if incomplete or inaccurate information was provided on their application.

In the event of dismissal from the programme, any refund of payments will be at the sole discretion of Pana Wellness Ltd. No refunds will be issued for any travel, accommodation or other costs booked independently.

Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided on your application is complete and accurate. Pana Wellness Ltd reserves the right to withdraw an offer of a place if inaccurate or misleading information is discovered at any stage.
