Masterclass Series

The Pana Masterclass Series is for yoga teachers and wellness practitioners who have done the training, started teaching, and are now asking: what next?

Building a career that feels sustainable, values-led, and truly yours is a skill set nobody hands you at the end of your 200 hours.

Across 3 live workshops, Dr Rebekah Jade shares what she has learned from six years of building Pana, running retreats across Africa, and working with brands including Nike and Beats by Dre.

Each session gives you clarity, practical tools, and the confidence to take your next step.

Workshops

  • How To Build Your Personal Brand as a Wellness Practitioner

What does it mean to build a brand as a wellness practitioner? From your story and identity, to showing up on social media in a way that feels honest rather than performative. We'll also cover how to gain clarity, understand what studios and brands look for, and how to start positioning yourself for those opportunities.

  • How To Build a Community

This session looks at what community really means beyond the class itself, and how to start building one from exactly where you're at right now. We'll cover how to create a space that feels yours, plus the practical steps to grow and sustain it.

  • How to Run a Retreat

Whether you’re already a retreat host or curious about doing it in the future, this session covers the foundations - location, structure, and pricing it fairly. We'll also get into marketing it to the right people and making the experience feel elevated from start to finish.

Meet the Founder

Dr Rebekah Jade is a senior 750+ hours yoga and breathwork teacher, medical doctor, and the founder of Pana.

Over the past 6 years, she has built Pana from the ground up, running 10 sold-out retreats across Africa, with 3 more on the horizon.

In 2023 she began working with Nike as a lead yoga trainer, and has since spent 3 years delivering sessions internationally with elite athletes and events of up to 400 people. She has also worked with brands including Beats by Dre, the FA, and others across sport, culture, and wellness.

She has learned a lot along the way. Made mistakes, figured things out, and built something real. Now she's ready to pass that knowledge on to teachers and practitioners who are ready to do the same.
