Goa Retreat

8 days of yoga, breathwork & deep rest — in the land where it all began.

• 10th - 17th January 2027

• South Goa, India

Yoga was born in India. There's something quietly powerful about returning to the land where these practices took root — moving through morning flows above the treetops, breathing deeply in the humid warmth, eating food grown in the earth around you.

This is an 8-day retreat for those who want more than a holiday. Guided by Nicole Windle of The Soul Space Retreats — a teacher with over seven years of living and practising in Goa — this experience is rooted in Jivamukti yoga, breathwork, philosophy, and the kind of deep rest that actually changes something in you.

This is the first time Pana is venturing outside of Africa - and what better place than India to dive deeper into the roots of yoga, its history and its culture.

What’s Included?

  • Accommodation

Seven nights in a private Portuguese-Indian villa on the banks of the Talpona river, surrounded by palms, tropical gardens and a swimming pool, with the mangrove forest at the bottom of the garden.

Choose from shared or private room options, all designed for comfort and ease.

Daily housekeeping, fresh linens and a warm welcome on arrival.

  • Food & Drink

Start each day with fresh morning juices, coconuts and nourishing snacks.

Enjoy two wholesome meals per day - brunch and dinner - prepared with fresh local ingredients and inspired by Indian flavours and seasonal fare.

Unlimited teas, coffee and fresh fruit will be available throughout your stay.

Our retreat chef and kitchen team prepare every meal with care — a lovingly crafted mix of traditional Goan and Mediterranean dishes, made with local organic ingredients. Meals are predominantly plant-based, with fish options available.

This is food that nourishes. Not an afterthought.

  • Activities

Twice daily yoga sessions (Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Yoga Nidra, gentle flow) and meditation

Breathwork workshops + mindful movement explorations

    Traditional Goan cooking class

Sunrise river trip with dolphin spotting and scenic views

    Cacao ceremony

Optional village explorations and beach time

  • Wellness & Community

The Pana community exists because wellness spaces haven't always felt like ours. This retreat is different by design — a space where you don't have to explain yourself, translate yourself, or shrink yourself.

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Rest without guilt.

Days are structured to hold both discipline and spaciousness: morning practices to ground you, afternoons free to explore or simply be, evenings to share food, stories and connection. Pre-retreat virtual meet-ups and a private WhatsApp group mean you'll already know faces when you land.

Most guests arrive solo. Most leave with people they'll know for life.

Nicole Windle

Originally from Nottingham, Nicole's yoga journey began in 2006 as a young dancer looking to stretch—and quickly blossomed into a lifelong spiritual path. After training in traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa in India in 2015, she's spent the past decade exploring and teaching across Asia, weaving together yoga, meditation, sound healing, and holistic movement.

Her love for Jivamukti Yoga began in India 8 years ago, where she first encountered its powerful blend of philosophy, devotion, and activism. Earlier this year she deepened her studies with a 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training—marking the most beautiful beginning to her Bhakti Yoga journey.

She now travels the world hosting retreats and sharing classes that are dynamic, soulful, and rooted in both Eastern tradition and modern awareness. Expect a playful, heartfelt space where movement meets meaning—and where you're invited to reconnect, recharge, and rise.
