Nicole Windle

Originally from Nottingham, Nicole's yoga journey began in 2006 as a young dancer looking to stretch—and quickly blossomed into a lifelong spiritual path. After training in traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa in India in 2015, she's spent the past decade exploring and teaching across Asia, weaving together yoga, meditation, sound healing, and holistic movement.

Her love for Jivamukti Yoga began in India 8 years ago, where she first encountered its powerful blend of philosophy, devotion, and activism. Earlier this year she deepened her studies with a 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training—marking the most beautiful beginning to her Bhakti Yoga journey.

She now travels the world hosting retreats and sharing classes that are dynamic, soulful, and rooted in both Eastern tradition and modern awareness. Expect a playful, heartfelt space where movement meets meaning—and where you're invited to reconnect, recharge, and rise.

FAQS

  • This retreat is designed for anyone seeking space to pause, breathe, and reconnect - no matter your level of yoga or travel experience.

    It’s for you if you’re:

    • Looking for a true break from distractions (no WiFi, no rushing, just presence).

    • Craving restorative practices like yoga, breathwork, and journaling to bring balance back to your body and mind.

    • Excited to experience India’s culture, food, and natural beauty in an authentic and respectful way.

    • Open to joining a warm, inclusive community — most guests come alone, but quickly feel part of the group.

    • Ready to return home feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply recharged.

✨ While this retreat is open to everyone, we especially welcome the global majority who may not always see themselves reflected in wellness spaces. Our intention is to hold space that feels safe, affirming, and culturally rooted, while still being inclusive of all who join with openness and respect.

No previous yoga experience is required. All practices are guided with care, so you’ll always feel supported whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

  • 📍 Flights:

Nearest Airport: Goa - Dabolim South Goa - 1.5 hour journey or Mopa North Goa - 2.5 hour journey

Once your spot is secured, we’ll share valuable flight guidance — including suggested arrival days and routing. Setting price alerts early is a useful way to find good fares.

    🚗 Airport Transfers:

We will set up a WhatsApp chat before to buddy people up travelling to the venue.

We can support you with recommended transfer partners and options from Goa’s airports to the villa.

  • Meals served at our yoga retreats are typically plant-based, nourishing, and designed to complement the yoga experience, often with a focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients.

There will also be fish dinners available on this retreat.

We accommodate dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and others—please inform us of any dietary needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Most of our guests actually join the retreat solo - and it’s one of the best ways to travel. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, inclusive group where connections form naturally.

Before we travel, you’ll be invited to:

    • A private WhatsApp group to connect and plan together

    • Pre-retreat meet-ups (online + in London) to break the ice

Once in Ghana, you’ll have the option of sharing a room with another guest or booking a private room if you prefer your own space. Either way, you’ll never feel out of place - past guests often say they arrived as strangers and left as family.

  • Not at all. This retreat is for all levels - from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Every class is guided with options, so you can move at your own pace and choose what feels good for your body.

    Our yoga practices include:

    • Vinyasa flows to energise and build strength

    • Restorative and yin sessions to release tension and support recovery

    • Gentle breathwork and meditation for calming the mind

Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or already practice regularly, you’ll feel supported and encouraged throughout. The focus is less on “performance” and more on giving your body and nervous system the space to restore.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Upon payment of the final balance, the entire retreat is non-refundable. (In the case of exceptional circumstances, please contact us)
