Meet the Pana Team
About the Founder
Dr Rebekah Jade is a medical doctor, Nike trainer, yoga teacher, DJ, and the founder of Pana. After facing her own mental health challenges in medical school, she began to explore healing beyond the hospital - reconnecting with mind-body practices like yoga and breathwork. What started as a personal exploration led to over a decade of study, from the physiology labs of King’s College London to yoga schools in India, Spain, and London.
Rebekah’s approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science. Her teaching balances strength and stillness, encouraging anatomical understanding, self-inquiry, and play. As a Black woman in both medicine and wellness, she’s deeply passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces - and helping others access practices that support their full potential.
