Pana is a space of grounding and connection and not only giving me the opportunity to deepen my yoga practice but also widening my understanding and exposure to so much more. The community is so beautiful & there is a true sense of belonging when we gather together - whether it be on the mat, with a cup of tea or at a link up! I am very grateful to be apart of something so special

There are so many! I adore the laughter in class the most, and cheering each other on. I loved walking through Epping Forest with everyone on our Autumn day retreat and flowing through a vinyasa right after. I don’t think there is a one favourite moment but definitely a common thread is that after every Pana event, I leave feeling nurtured, empowered and uplifted.
