Whether you’re winding down after a busy holiday season or looking to start the new year with fresh energy, our 7-Day Yoga Series is here to guide you every step of the way.
This series features a carefully curated selection of classes from our online studio, designed to help you restore, energise, and set meaningful intentions for 2025. It’s free for members, and a wonderful way to experience the variety of classes we offer if you’re new to Pana.

Your 7-Day Yoga Flow Schedule
Day 1: Hip Opening Flow to Restore

🎥 What: A dynamic class that strengthens your core and builds stability. This practice is all about finding inner strength as we prepare to move toward the new year.

Day 5: Fiery Lower Body Flow

🎥 What: Get ready to fire up your legs and glutes with this energizing lower-body flow. This class is perfect for building heat and grounding yourself as we approach the final days of 2024.

Day 6: New Year Intentions & Meditation (Live with Rebekah)
📅 When: 29th December at 7:30pm GMT
🎥 What: Join us live for a special session with Rebekah to reflect on the year past and set meaningful intentions for 2025. This class combines breathwork with guided journaling and meditation to help you step into the new year with clarity and purpose.
Day 7: Heart Opening Vinyasa
📅 When: 30th December
🎥 What: Close the series with a heart-opening flow to release emotional tension and create space for love, gratitude, and new beginnings. This practice will leave you feeling open, energized, and ready for the new year ahead.
