Christa is a yoga teacher and mental health pharmacist dedicated to sharing the transformational impact of yoga with underserved communities. Although it was initially the poses that attracted her to yoga, it soon became a haven of calm that she desperately needed. She believes in empowering individuals to explore this holistic practice while nurturing their mental well-being to cultivate a life of abundance, peace, and joy.
With over a decade of experience working in mental and physical health, she integrates her experience to create a nurturing space for connection, healing and freedom.
